UPDATED DECEMBER 2024 for the latest changes to Lyft's Terms of Service.

Don't Let Lyft Strip Your Rights: Opt Out of Arbitration

Lyft's Terms of Service from December 13th, 2024, includes an arbitration agreement which takes away your right to file a complaint in a court of law. Drivers have 30 days after accepting the agreement to opt-out of mandated arbitration, before your rights are taken away.

Lyft makes it difficult to read the terms of service and properly opt-out. Rideshare Drivers United made this tool to cut through the legal jargon and get your rights back.

Fill out this simple form and sign, to retain your legal rights; otherwise Lyft will argue that you have waived them.
