On March 16th join RDU across the state to expose Uber and Lyft for not paying their fair share into state services, especially EDD. Last May UC Berkley released a report that Uber and Lyft owed $413 million to CA for unemployment contributions. In addition to overburdening state programs, Uber and Lyft have purchased Prop 22 which strips the protections of AB5 from app-based workers.

We want the world to know Uber and Lyft are the biggest crooks of the pandemic. The criminal misclassification of app-based workers has caused suffering for many families across the country. App based workers need employee rights and to support the PRO Act now!
